1. Acceptance of Terms

L10 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or provides false information. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may not be recoverable, depending on the nature of the breach.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the l10 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:
- Do not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Do not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Do not attempt to exploit any technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the l10 system for unauthorised personal gain.
- Do not share your account with others or allow any third party to use your account.
- Do not deposit funds into your account that were obtained through illegal activities.
- Do not attempt to influence betting outcomes through unlawful means, collusion, or any form of fraud.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where applicable. l10 reserves the right to take whatever measures it deems appropriate to protect the integrity of the platform.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the l10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name.
Successful deposits are processed within the stated timeframe depending on the chosen payment method. l10 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated on the platform. l10 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits or in circumstances requiring a security review.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the rollover requirements and validity periods stated in each offer. Users suspected of abusing bonuses through dishonest means may have their bonus cancelled and further action taken against their account.
Should a technical error result in incorrect credits being applied to your account, l10 reserves the right to correct the error without prior notice. You must not use any incorrectly credited funds and are required to notify us immediately if you become aware of any such error.

The l10 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. l10 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes. l10's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the l10 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of l10 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from l10.
